Rita, Office ManagerVeterinary medical practice has been a part of my life for a lot of years. As the wife of a veterinarian, I have been involved in the practice, performing a variety of jobs.
Over the years, we've had a lot of pets: cats, dogs, birds, fish, hamsters, bunnies; and I'm pretty sure all of these species lived under our roof at the same time, along with four children. We were one big, furry, feathery, happy family. |

I have always been passionate about animals. Outside of the hospital, I run an animal educational program, teaching people about the importance of animal conservation. I also care for and breed many species of tortoise and lizards. I also run a YouTube channel and Instagram dedicated to learning about reptiles and proper husbandry.
I have a mixed breed rescue dog named Willy and a tabby cat named Minerva. |
Alex, Receptionist/Vet Tech AssistantYears of experience: 3+ years
I am a very sweet person who loves all types of animals. I grew up with 2 dogs: a boxer and a bullmastiff. When they both passed away from old age, we got a cat who is currently 10 yrs old. Six years ago, I got a baby ball python. She is the greatest. I am very excited to work with animals and for a veterinarian with such an outstanding reputation.

Gabby, Front Desk ReceptionistYears of experience: 20 years
I have worked in the animal industry to nearly 20 years now. Prior to working in domestic animal veterinary medicine, I worked with wildlife. I have also worked in animal rehabilitation and husbandry, and owned a small facility dedicated to housing abandoned animals.
Outside of working with animals, I also worked in human medicine, educating the public in first aid and life saving procedures as an EMT. I currently have three children and a tabby cat that keep me busy when not at work. |
Susannah, Front Desk ReceptionistYears of experience: 15 years
I just recently moved to Titusville from Kentucky with my dog Barley and my cat Reese. I grew up helping with my own family's veterinary hospital and have always had a house full of animals. I have loved working with animals and have enjoyed my many years in small animal practice helping take care of everyone's special pets.

Kylie, Front Desk ReceptionistYears of experience: 10 years
I have worked in veterinary medicine for around 10 years as a tech. I am a very passionate animal lover and love learning about them and working with them every single day. I have a passion for the rehabilitation of animals with special needs, and I have a passion for client care and education; teaching people how to properly care for and keep their animals healthy has made my job as a CSR here very rewarding. I have my own dog at home as well as many reptiles. So animals in all shapes, sizes, and forms are very special to me.
